Are you ready to apply?

A successful applicant will possess:

  • Excellent phone skills with a warm, calm and friendly disposition
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Strong computer skills including an ability to navigate multiple databases
  • Minimum typing skills (35 words per minute)
  • Must have excellent references and successfully pass a third-party criminal background screen
  • Preferred education: Associate degree or some college credit and at least one year of customer service experience
  • Dental knowledge and Spanish are a plus
