Unique works for many different systems and most all have some form of overflow and manual after-hours forwarding process available, including standard legacy type systems using phone lines. VOIP or internet based systems normally will have the ability to schedule hours and do advanced phone tree routing as included features, but no matter your current system, Unique has yet to come across one that we could not interface with in some way.
